Mission & Vision
To capture the energy of youth with all its splendor and vitality and channel such energy into a lifelong understanding and appreciation of one’s own body systems.
To teach how to care for one’s own health and encourage participation at any level — group or individual — in both aerobic and non-aerobic activity that promotes movement.
To educate children ages 9-12, in age-appropriate fashion, about their bodies and how one’s individual choices and actions affects its workings.
To promote the 5 E’s — Excitement, Enthusiasm, Energy, Exercise and Education at home, school and in the community.
To engage children and their families together in regular physical activity while embracing a life-long healthy respect for mind, body and spirit.
To prevent older life health risks, such as heart disease, lung disease, cancer, and excess use of drugs and alcohol.
